Tickets

When your item can't fit into an E-pack you can attach tickets to your parcel. You select the type of ticket that is appropriate for your destination. Then attach the correct number of tickets for the destination and size of your parcel. To find out which tickets you require click here.

Service Contracts

When you require a regular pick up and delivery service we provide a contract bag and you pay one set monthly fee. No tickets or packs required, simply call Customer Services on 0800 800 841 to set up a service contract or print out an Application Form here.
